The secret address will be shared 24 hours before the event. As an added benefit, this Supper includes optional transportation from central locations in Healdsburg and Santa Rosa to/from the secret location.
This Paulée will be a gathering of 175 guests from across the country as a celebration of the stunning wines produced in the Russian River Valley.

Overview
A unique and intentional dining experience. Suppers are adventurous culinary gatherings designed to create an evening you’ll treasure for a lifetime. The anticipation that surrounds this experience builds up from the moment you purchase a ticket, knowing only a date and the closest major city to where we’ll set the table. Approximately two months before the Supper, we’ll share the shuttle details to help you plan your full-blown getaway for Russian River Valley Wine Weekend. At last, 24 hours before our gathering starts, you will receive a secret address for the Supper location. The menu and bespoke details will remain a Secret until we welcome you at the table.
When the time to gather finally arrives, a group of other guests from around the world will join in for a special evening in a breathtaking setting. For a few hours, you will slow down and enjoy a wine social followed by a family style feast inspired by the location and the season. As the evening unfolds, we’ll cherish memorable flavors, conversation with new friends, and the tranquil sounds of nature.
Before parting, we’ll raise a glass in gratitude for such special moments in which we celebrate life together.
Menu
Featuring mouthwatering dishes and enticing wines from the Russian River Valley AVA, this Supper is designed to be a feast that celebrates the land and represents the local culture. While the Featured Chef and our menu remains a secret until you arrive at the Supper, you may select from our standard (may include meat), vegetarian or pescatarian menu options at the time of purchase.
If you have any dietary restrictions we should be aware of, please list them when purchasing your ticket(s), we will do our best to accommodate.
Inclusions
This Supper includes a local, seasonal and sustainably-designed menu created by our Featured Chef. Upon arrival you will enjoy a wine social followed by a seated five-course family style feast. Throughout the evening you'll be offered an array of complimentary Russian River Valley AVA wines and non-alcoholic beverages that are generously provided by our Featured Winery Partners.
Optional shared group transportation to and from the Supper location from convenient central locations in Santa Rosa and Healdsburg is included in this Supper.
Shuttle meetup locations, schedules and other details will be shared with Supper guests approximately two months prior to the Supper.
Please note that your ticket proceeds are used to pay for the costs of the event. Alcohol is a donation and not paid for with ticket proceeds.
Logistics
This Supper will take place approximately 20 minutes from Santa Rosa, CA.
This Supper will last approximately 4 hours, timed for a sunlight to sunset experience.
Accessibility
Supper locations are often rustic and accessibility may be limited. If you have specific requirements, please list them at the time of purchase, we will be in touch and do our best to accommodate.

Eligibility
Must be 21+ to attend and have a valid ID at check-in.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Cancellations/Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket(s) to friends or family. Please note that due to the nature of our Suppers, we may be unable to accommodate last minute dietary restrictions requests.
