Event Design Package (Remote): Starting at $6,000

  • Creative Direction: Creating the foundational mood boards and design plans necessary to bring your vision to life 

  • Venue: Sourcing the perfect location and managing all of the logistical details  

  • Guest accommodation: Sourcing the perfect spot for you and your guests to stay

  • Food & Beverage: Finding an awesome chef team and partnering with them to design an epic feast 

  • Design Team: Sourcing a talented florist and other creatives necessary to ensure your real life experience surpasses your expectations  

  • Rentals & Equipment: Selecting beautiful items that align with your design plan and menu and managing all of the logistics surrounding drop off and pick up 

  • Contracts: Managing agreements so that you don’t have to 

  • Budget: Estimating costs and keeping track of expense so that you stay financially on-track 

  • Regulation Compliance: Obtaining any required event insurance or permitting as-needed

  • Detailed Plans: Creation and management of a detailed event run of show to ensure you, your day-of coordinator and your vendors are extremely organized and set up for success

  • Guest Transportation: Sourcing convenient and reliable transportation for you and your guests.
