Dates & Location: Oaxaca, Mexico Culinary Pursuit | February 12-17, 2027
We will begin our trip in Oaxaca City, which is easily accessible by car from Oaxaca International Airport (OAX).
Accommodations:
Casa Nayaá will serve as our home base throughout this experience.
Filled with folk art and surrounded by views of the city center, Casa Nayaá utilizes distinctive design and native Oaxacan materials to create a beautiful backdrop for our stay. Luxurious, private bedrooms each with their own private ensuite bathroom open up to expansive, open-air living spaces where we will spend slow mornings before venturing out, and wind down after our days of adventures.
Itinerary:
In search of authenticity and meaningful connections, we will gather in agave fields, folk art studios, and around the table with mezcalerias, chefs, foragers, artisans, and historians—locals and those captivated by the rich history and beauty of this region. Think of it as an extended version of our Suppers, but with more exploration, adventure, and time to savor the finer things in life with new friends.
