We will begin our trip in San Sebastián, Spain which is accessible by car from nearby regional hub, San Sebastián Airport (EAS), or connectiong via major airports like Bilbao (BIO) and Biarritz (BIQ)
Accommodations:
Catalonia Donosti will be our home base for this experience.
Housed in a revitalized 17th century convent, this hotel overlooking La Concha beach has been revitalized with modern, British-inspired design. When we aren’t out exploring, you can relax at the rooftop terrace or solarium pool, unwind in the Finnish sauna, or wander the city center just outside the doors.
Itinerary:
In search of authenticity and meaningful connections, we will gather in ancient wine cellars, along the coastline, and around the table with winemakers, chefs, foragers, artisans, and historians—locals and those captivated by the rich history and beauty of this region. Think of it as an extended version of our Suppers, but with more exploration, adventure, and time to savor the finer things in life with new friends.
