Dates & Location: Umbria + Tuscany Culinary Pursuit | June 21-28, 2026
Umbria and Tuscany are picturesque regions in central Italy, celebrated for their rolling hills, historic villages, and world-renowned wines. They are accessible by a 2-hour drive from Florence’s Amerigo Vespucci Airport (FLR) and about a 2.5-hour drive from Rome's Fiumicino Airport (FCO). The Perugia train station is located 20-minutes from our lodging, and trains run regularly from both Florence and Rome.
Accommodations:
Poggio Belvedere will be our home away from home as we explore both Umbria and Tuscany.
All Guests will have private accommodations for themselves or their group. Each room is unique. Guests will have the opportunity to pick their single- or double-occupancy room according to booking order, or select the Luxury Apartment for group accommodations.
The Luxury Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a large soaking tub, a gourmet kitchen, living room and stunning large dinning room with sweeping views. This space is perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a friends trip! The apartment is sold as a minimum of 4 guests but could accommodate a 5th guest on a roll away (if you’d like to come as a party of 5, please reach out to us to book!)

Think of it as an extended version of our Suppers, but with more exploration, adventure, and time to savor the finer things in life with new friends.
We have crafted a delightful itinerary in collaboration with our local hosts. Through exclusive tours, unique gatherings, and exquisite meals, you’ll delve into the terroir and uncover the magic of Umbria and Tuscany. While we’ll keep some surprises for later, rest assured that each moment is designed to delight! Here’s a taste of what awaits you in towns like Montepulciano, Montalcino, and Spina:
