Summer is coming to an end and we’re holding tight to all the memories we’ve made this season. Join us as we revisit this Mediterranean-inspired series that we will fondly remember for years to come! 

Ruska, in Finnish, means autumn foliage or the time in which autumn foliage occurs. For anyone who has spent a fall on the East Coast, it is easy to reminisce on the beautiful golden colors, the smell of crisp leaves, and the taste of apple cider doughnuts.

Wintertide was held at Suttle Lodge near Sisters, Oregon. We had open white skies, warm fires, and jack frost nipping at our nose. Steaming pots of rich and hearty dishes, the sound of muffled laughter being muted by snow, and a trail of footprints leading to a table filled with adventurous friends. We bid farewell to winter with a sumptuous feast, filled with local, seasonal fare and warm drinks by the fire.
