We can’t stay away from this corner of the world. Umbria and Tuscany have become like another home to us over the past few years as we’ve built relationships with the amazing artisans and culinary professionals of Spina and the surrounding hill towns. Join us for six and a half days of Aperol spritzes by the pool, explorations of these breathtaking Italian regions, and exclusive experiences with many of the talented winegrowers, truffle hunters, butchers, farmers, and artisans that have become our friends.
We will explore every element—soil, climate, geology, and the human touch—that makes the flavors of Umbria and Tuscany so distinct. Guided by locals and culinary experts, we will gather in historic wine cellars, among sun-dappled vineyards and ancient olive groves, and around the table with winemakers, chefs, foragers, artisans, and historians—those who have dedicated their lives to preserving and celebrating the beauty of these two distinct (and delicious) regions.
As a wine-rich and food-centric adventure, this experience is perfect for those ready to savor the exclusive wines and culinary wonders of Tuscany and Umbria.
Poggio Belvederewill be our home away from home as we explore both Umbria and Tuscany.
This villa is a truly special place nestled in the hills of Perugia, and the perfect place to reset in your private apartment or by the pool between activities. Kaila and Ludo have poured their hearts into it’s restoration, and spend the week tending to our every need — from daily kitchen restocks with artisan wine and snacks to a picturesque patio for late night conversations with your fellow Pursuiters.

Join us for an extraordinary culinary journey through Paris and Champagne, celebrating the art of French gastronomy, wine, and culture. In Paris, discover the city’s flavors through private pastry classes, market visits, and epicurean tastings led by local chefs and artisans. Enjoy meals at beloved bistros and Michelin-starred restaurants, wander through historic neighborhoods, and experience the charm of hidden gardens.
Then, travel to Champagne for exclusive cellar visits, vineyard walks, and special tastings at both renowned and up-and-coming houses. Enjoy leisurely meals among the vines, unwind in elegant hotels, and connect with the people who bring France’s most celebrated wines to life.
Casa Nayaá will serve as our home base throughout this experience.
Filled with folk art and surrounded by views of the city center, Casa Nayaá utilizes distinctive design and native Oaxacan materials to create a beautiful backdrop to our days. Luxurious, private bedrooms open up to expansive, open-air living spaces where we will spend slow mornings before venturing out, and wind down after our days of adventures.
