Pinpointing the extraordinary in the routine. Getting lost in the complexities of the many things we take for granted. Finding the common ground that connects us all.

A day of weather changes did not deter us from welcoming everyone at the table for the most scrumptious of feasts in the friendliest of atmospheres in Asheville! Between Chef J Chong enlisting an all-female team to bring a delicious Cantonese menu to life, Loretta and her sweet family helping us get the shed ready, and our guests being always so in for the adventure ….
Druim
A sight for sore eyes, our first gathering since March of last year, our best hope for more time with others! Never mind having to set up several smaller tables, quite far from one another, it still felt like a breath of fresh air. We were giddy and grateful as we made our way to Boston, out to Thompson Island, and down the hill to the shore where we set up shop for a fantastic, life-giving afternoon on the East Coast!
Gente y Vino
Last November, while having a fantastic team lunch in Guadalajara, we were feeling adventurous and ordered a wine from Valle de Guadalupe to pair our scrumptious meal with. Next thing you know, we are making Baja California our first stop for 2020!
Hive
Amidst live guitar, chatter, and laughter the evening came to a close. Although this Supper definitely came with some logistical challenges, the perfect views from Tularcitos Ridge and the feeling of seclusion were definitely worth it. We loved every moment of our return to California; we will never tire of reveling in its bounty and admiring its beauty!
Patina
Santa Fe was the fourth stop on the Secret Supper-Roca Patrón Series, and it was beyond memorable! Halfway through the series, we set foot on one of the most magical landscapes we could have ever imagined. A stark contrast from our neck of the woods and the perfect backdrop to a fantastic evening.
Savory
In early October we brought our table to a wild, golden field at West Bijou ranch, just outside of Denver. Taking our guests to the Savory Institute’s holistically-managed ranch and learning site was an amazing experience, and an incredible way to celebrate our partnership with them as the non-profit benefitted through the Secret Supper-Roca Patrón Series.

The Motor City welcomed us with open arms, and we had the most incredible time creating a unique experience for fifty guests who joined us from near and far. An experience that celebrated community and craftsmanship at Woods Cathedral, a building that after seeing some rough times, was filled with joy and laughter through the memories shared at the table.
