Our goal when choosing a Supper location is to be able to provide an extraordinary frame for our exceptional experience. We look for spectacular locations that celebrate nature, are tended by amazing people who share our passion for coming together over food and drink, and create lasting connections.
An intentionally selected location truly makes our guests feel as if there’s nowhere else they’d rather be. It is key to a successful experience. Our guests cherish these unique locations, and love sharing the table with owners or representatives of the property. Our location partners have found that our table is a magical place where lifelong friendships start.
What Makes a Supper Location?

Exclusive Experiences
Our Suppers are a chance to bring guests somewhere they would not discover on their own, or to offer unique access to rediscover somewhere familiar.
That can mean we set up in a secret nook on a property they may already know, or offer access to experiences not typically available. We pride ourselves on ensuring our guests are engaging in a place in a completely unique way, offering a sense of discovery and exclusivity.

Connection to Place
We are interested the stories behind the spaces we inhabit. We go out of our way to choose special spaces that embrace nature and are cared for by people who share our passion for bringing others together.
We invite our location partners to sit at the table in order to bring that story to life for our guests, and to weave the story of our night into the fabric of their land and location.

Experience is Elemental
Elemental to our experiences are interactive elements such as live-fire cooking, carefully selected music, and other immersive experiences that connect us more deeply to the dinner table.The best locations not only frame these experiences, but enhance them by immersing our guests in a sense of place to better build on the story we are co-creating. Our guests are excited by the unique, the non-traditional, the off-the-beaten path.
We are used to working a bit off the beaten path
Our Supper format is designed to be a rustic experience. We are used to setting up a remote kitchen without power or running water.
Our Welcome Social is designed to be a standing, outdoor experience. We generally look for places that have some shelter from the elements, such as under a shade tree on a hot day.
For the seated Supper, we look for about 70 feet of generally flat ground. We come with shims to level tables on natural topography, and we aren’t afraid to get our feet a little dirty.
There are just a few things we need
We require parking for 50 cars at the venue
We need access to at least two restroom units or a restroom trailer. But, we don’t mind a bit of a walk to get there!
We’ve learned the hard way that we always need a rain backup, just in case.

Secret Supper began with a dream to bring people together around a table filled with earthy food, great wine, and endless conversation. Through authentic culinary and travel experiences, we’ve found our passion and purpose; to explore our different ways of life through creation of meaningful culinary and travel experiences that unearth and celebrate the common threads among us all. Energized by the impact and popularity of our Supper Series, we are now on a mission to inspire people worldwide to rediscover the beauty in both the extraordinary and the everyday through a diverse offering of experiences and stories.
We are forever fascinated by what happens at the table and in the unique ways in which we gather across the world. No matter how different other aspects of our lives may be, we all maintain a shared passion for meaningful culinary experiences involving great food and drink. Beyond that, sharing a meal creates an amazing opportunity to engage in an authentically human way with friends and strangers alike. We can drop our titles, social status, or any other labels we might have and come together in a way that’s difficult to replicate in any other setting. We are grounded in the belief that joining a new table is the best way to learn from each other and evolve our view of the world. Inspiration and connection happen at the table and we exist to explore to celebrate this!

Through our Supper Series, we create thoughtful, once in a lifetime dining experiences for about 60 guests from around the world. Only a general location is provided when ticket sales are released and lodging recommendations—shared with guests approximately eight weeks ahead of the dinner—serve as a hint to narrow the location possibilities. Finally, 24 hours prior to the Supper, the address is disclosed, while the menu and bespoke details remain a secret.
Supper locations are distinct and meticulously styled to transform naturally beautiful surroundings into breathtaking dinner settings. For a few hours, guests enjoy a slow-paced dinner featuring a menu inspired by the location and the season, while sipping impeccably paired drinks. As the evening unfolds, guests cherish memorable flavors, soft music, and conversation between new friends. At the end, they walk away inspired by this unparalleled intentional gathering.
